What’s actually included in the markup-free message quota?

Each plan ships with a daily markup-free broadcast quota billed at Meta’s per-message fee (currently AED 0.1832 in the UAE, paid directly via WhatsApp Business Suite). Starter includes 1,000 broadcasts per day, Growth 4,000, Scale 15,000, and Enterprise is custom. Above the daily quota, our platform fee is AED 0.019 – AED 0.049 per message, plan-dependent, deducted from your prepaid wallet.

Does the AI Assistant work on all plans?

The AI Assistant is included on Growth, Scale, and Enterprise. Starter doesn’t include it — you can add it as a monthly add-on, or upgrade to Growth which unlocks the full five-agent suite: Auto-Reply, Lead Classifier, Intent Router, Conversation Summarizer, and Sentiment Watch.

What’s the difference between Basic and Advanced automation?

Basic automation (Starter) covers keyword replies, scheduled sends, and simple time-based triggers. Advanced automation (Growth and above) adds multi-step flows, conditional branching by contact attribute, webhook-triggered sequences, and integration with external systems.

Can I integrate WhautX with my own systems via API?

Full REST API access and signed webhooks are included on Scale and Enterprise. Lower-tier plans can use the shared inbox and webhook integrations without needing direct API access.

What’s the difference between Standard, Priority, and Premium support?

Accepted Answer

Standard support (Starter) is email with a 24-hour response during UAE business hours. Priority (Growth) adds a 4-hour response and a shared Slack channel. Premium (Scale) is a 1-hour response with phone support. Enterprise plans include a Dedicated success manager with negotiated SLA terms.
